What Is MEU1 in Cyprus?

MEU1 is the Cyprus Migration Department form an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen uses to apply for a Registration Certificate, the document everyone calls the yellow slip. The current version is MEU1B. It costs €20 and must be filed within four months of arrival.
