Living in Peyia, Cyprus (Pegeia): The Honest Area Guide
Peyia and Pegeia are the same place: a hillside village about 15 km north-west of Paphos, above Coral Bay, with the biggest British community in the district. Expect sea views, steep roads, a busy English-speaking social life and 2-bed rents of about €800–1,200 a month. You will need a car.
