Banana plantations on the coastal plain at Kissonerga, with villas and the sea beyond

Area guide

Living in Kissonerga, Cyprus: The Quiet Coastal Village

Kissonerga sits on the coast about 8 km north of Paphos, between Chloraka and Coral Bay. It is quieter and greener than either: banana plantations, small coves and no tourist strip. Two-bed rents are about €900–1,300 a month, and you will need a car.
