Living in Universal, Paphos: Central, Modern and Residential
Universal is a residential neighbourhood of Paphos town, between the old town (Ktima) and the sea on the Geroskipou side, about 2 km from the centre. It has newer apartments and family homes, a beach within walking distance and short drives to everything. Two-bed rents run about €900–1,300 a month.
