GESY Contributions: What You Pay Into Cyprus Healthcare in 2026
Every Cyprus tax resident pays GESY contributions on their income: 2.65% on salary, pensions, rent, dividends and interest, or 4.00% if self-employed. Contributions stop once your total liable income reaches €180,000 a year, so nobody pays more than €4,770 at the 2.65% rate. Non-dom status doesn't remove GESY.
