Utilities in Cyprus: Setting Up Electricity, Water and Internet in Paphos
Setting up utilities in Cyprus takes 2–3 weeks. EAC supplies electricity and asks tenants for a deposit (€350 for non-EU nationals). Water comes from EOA Paphos or your village council, depending on where you live. Broadband starts at about €25 a month, and there is no mains gas.
