Fix: have your accountant confirm the rate for each product or service line before you set up invoicing. If you sell food, diarise both end dates: 30 September 2026 for meat and fish, and 31 December 2026 for the other basics, unless the government extends them.
The bottom line: most of this is handled by a good accountant. Your job is to send them every invoice, and to check customers' VAT numbers before you bill them.
