What I'd watch before buying in Paphos
Prices are rising and demand is real, but three things would make me slow down rather than speed up.
My take on the Paphos property market
The official data point one way: prices up close to 10% a year, record-level sales, and foreign demand that shows no sign of fading. I would not bet on a fall in the next year.
