Rent or Buy in Paphos? A Cost-by-Cost Comparison for 2026

Renting a 2-bed in Paphos for a year costs about €12,000 to €18,000. Buying and then selling a €250,000 resale you don't like costs roughly €18,500 to €26,000 in fees alone. The maths favours renting first unless you know the area, need the PR route, or prices are running away faster than you can learn.
